Expect your Sheltie to shed profusely in the spring, and sometimes at other times in the year.
A Sheltie’s ears are supposed to bend slightly forward or “tip” to help give the dog’s face the desired Sheltie expression.
The breed is known for excelling in nearly every kind of dog activity and sport such as obedience, agility, rally, flyball, herding, and tracking.
