Pugs are brachycephalic, meaning their noses stuck in more often than other dogs. These cute faces can cause breathing problems. Their facial structure makes it difficult to take long and deep breaths, so you can hear the pug sniffing as you run.
According to AKC breed standard, pugs come in three colors: silver, apricot-fawn, or black. Nowadays, you can also find pugs in unique colors, like brindle, caramel, and black and tan.
